Data Entry Clerk (Plateau Mont-Royal)

SmartboxTM is the European leader of the gift experience market. Over the past eight years, we have carefully selected more than 9000 outdoor activities, fine restaurants, exquisite spas, and charming hotels all over the world to be featured in our guide books. The Canadian office is seeking a candidate to provide support to the Partnership Development Department and the Creation Team. This is a contract data entry position for approximately 2 months.
Your duties:
• Input text data into a CRM system (majority of the day)
• Rearrange text data to ease integration into our software systems
Your profile:
• Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in an office environment
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
• Good internet skills, including use of email programs
• Ability to communicate professionally and comfortably in a business environment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Fluent English language; Bilingualism is an asset
Offer:
• Full time: Monday to Friday 10:00am-6:00pm
• Salary: $12/hr
We are located on the corner of St-Laurent and Mont-Royal.
