full time Administrative Assistant (Montreal)

Montreal based fashion company is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant. The candidate must fulfill the following criteria:

-Minimum of three years relevant experience
-Fully Bilingual – Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English
-Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook;
-Organized and very detail-oriented
-Strong ability to prioritize
-Able to work under pressure - strict time lines
-Overtime during busy season
-Experienced with order preparation
-Familiar with Simply Accounting, Photo shop an asset
-Know how to prepare shipping documents
-UPS, Canada post and FedEx terminal experience

Duties include but are not limited to:

Your main tasks will be to:
-Assisting the Director as needed
-Responsible for preparing the logistics of the shows
-Customer service
-Update and maintain office files
-Produce packing slips, waybill and bill of lading
-Call transport providers
-Process purchase orders
-Prepare production documents
-Responsible for keeping the office stocked with supplies
