Seamstress Patter maker needed (Montreal)

Hello,
I am in need of a Dressmaker or seamstress, or clothes designer to reproduce I garment I own. Pictured below. It is a mens zippered "jacket-shirt" made in the late 70's with buttons at the sleeves. Manufactured by "Dalton" Its old and the fabric is faded. I require a PATTERN (on paper) made of (from) this garment and three copies of the garment made in a similar light cotton fabric in three different colours, Navy, black and charcoal-grey.
