Customer Service- SALE of Renewal Contracts (Downtown Montreal)
at Human Resources in Montreal
Downtown (Guy Metro) call center offering several permanent (FT) full time positions for our small/medium size US customers.
Requisites:
- 1 year call center experience preferably Telemarketing, Inside Sales or Collections
- A minimum of high school completed, college or university is a plus
- Spoken and written command of the English language
- Intermediate computer skill set; Internet, word processing, spreadsheets, client management applications, etc..
- Professional attitude, clean presentation, business casual (dress for success) code
- A comprehensive training program is provided
Duties:
- To contact existing clients and SALE renewal service contracts
- Answer questions related to services, contracts, invoicing and provide rebuttals to objections
- Suggest new products that are suited to client needs
Compensation:
- 30 hour work week
- Hourly wage, spiffs with individual and group performance bonuses
- Yearly range is $20,800 to $27,300, +++- Room for advancement to management, +++
- Paid training
