Hungarian Customer Support Specialist (Part-Time) (Peel Metro)

The Hungarian Customer Support Specialist is responsible for the customer service to all Hungarian speaking markets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide online support and respond in written communication to client’s emails in the Hungarian language
- Complete translations for our websites and promotional material to clients on an as-needed basis from English to Hungarian and Hungarian to English
- Conduct online research regarding the trends in the Hungarian speaking markets
- Monitor language forums in our industry focusing mainly on Hungary
- Provide necessary feedback/suggestions/improvements to your Manager in areas of customer service and customer satisfaction
Experience:
- 1-5 years of Customer Service related experience and prior living/work experience in Hungary
- Verbal and written fluency in English
- Verbal and written fluency in Hungarian
- Possess a full understanding of Hungarian culture, language, market and trends
- Attention to detail
- Customer friendly attitude
Technical Skills/Knowledge:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Able to quickly adapt to and work with new software tools
- Excellent ability to search for information on the internet
Other Requirements:
- Verbal and written fluency in French is an asset
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Translation (or equivalent) or in the process of receiving a degree is preferred
- Capable of working with limited supervision
- Ability to understand a third language is desirable
- Able to adapt and respond to cultural differences in a respectful and professional manner
