We are a large, busy office located in the heart of downtown Montreal. Candidates must be bilingual, friendly, and courteous and enjoy dealing with the public. Problem solving is key to this position as many problems are solved by telephone. A training period is provided whereby employees are given a sound product knowledge base. Product categories involve the following: water coolers, electric fireplaces, wine coolers, lighting products, small kitchen appliances (i.e. fajita grill, toasters, coffee makers, Panini grill, etc.)
We are looking for quick learners who are self motivated, reliable, punctual and always display a positive demeanor. Candidates should enjoy speaking on the telephone, like working under pressure in a busy environment. Entry level position.
