A FULL TIME NIGHT AUDITOR for the newest Boutique Hotel in Old Montreal

This position requires strong negotiation skills and good judgment, as well as the ability to work well with other departments and maintain strong interpersonal relationships.

*GREETING GUESTS AND PROVIDING THEM WITH ASSISTANCE AND INFORMATION AS REQUESTED

*CHECKING GUESTS IN AND OUT OF THE HOTEL

• Ability to work well with other departments

• Maintain strong interpersonal relationships.

• Print all reports required to perform the audit.

• Responsible for balancing of their assigned cash float.

• Answers internal or external phone calls in a pleasant and professional manner.

• Adhere to company policies & procedures at all times

Job Requirements: The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and detailed oriented, with exceptional English and French language communication skills. Additional languages are an asset.

A College Hospitality Diploma is an asset.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Maintain a good, neat personal appearance at all times

• Must be able to work with and understand financial information and data, and basic arithmetic functions

• Friendly and courteous disposition

• Strong negotiation skills and good judgment

• Night Audit experience is essential.
