Technology Partner Program Manager (St-Laurent, QC)

The Technology Partner Manager is the key person for all of our clients Technology Partners. He/She plays both an inbound role towards the Engineering team with driving schedules for integration and interoperability requests and an outbound role towards our technology partner to define and put in place the partnerships agreements. The Technology Partner Program Manager reports to the Director of Product Management.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage technology partners whether edge device partners, SDK partners or infrastructure partners.
• Put in place the internal processes required to complete interoperability with the partners.
• Negotiate partnership agreements.
• Actively promote partnerships within the team.
• Actively work with technology partners for co-marketing activities.
• Hold the delivery schedule for all integration requests.
• Present and track the Technology Partner Program metrics and recommends adjustment to the allocation of resource based on the Program needs.
Qualifications
• Bachelor degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years experience in product management or product marketing in the high technologies industry.
• Solid technical background.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in English and French.
• Team player with innovative ideas who is able to partner with others to achieve objectives and to work autonomously.
• Enthusiastic approach to all tasks, big and small.
• Detail-oriented and results-focused.
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Very strong customer service orientation.
• Solid analytical skills.
