Our Montreal based client is eagerly hoping to find a Javascript Developer.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing Javascript/ AJAX applications.
- Job requires strong client contact and communication skills.
- Will be responsible for building, testing, deploying and maintainingJavascript, HTMLand CSS using various scripting libraries and tools.
- Will help in gathering technical requirements from both business and technical users.
- Will implement custom solutions where necessary and educate customers and other client-sidedevelopers.
- Must be comfortable working in the context of sophisticated Rails Web services.
Musts have:
· Experience building high-scale consumer-facing Web applications including demonstrated excellence in Javascript development experience and deep knowledge of Javascript technologies (jQuery, JSON, etc.) and best practices.
· Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, and a desire to want to learn more and share knowledge with others
· Thorough knowledge and substantial experience with front-end web programming, including XHTML, DHTML, AJAX, CSS, JavaScript, XML
· Ability to influence behavior with resources not under direct control by effective communication
· Ability to plan and manage in a rapidly changing environment
· Strong analytical skills
