Seeking bilingual, licensed Attorneys (viaLanguage)
at Human Resources (Anywhere)
viaLanguage is seeking to contract Attorneys with a native level of foreign language proficiency in the following languages:
? French (Canada)
Attorneys will work from home, reviewing, administering, and performing legal analyses of foreign language contracts and/or compliance, human resource documents, patent documentation, IP etc... Ideal candidates will have two or more years of legal practice in target language, and at least one year experience writing and analyzing one or more of the following types of contracts: non-disclosure, service level, sales, leases, and vendor agreements and/or compliance and human resource documents, patent documentation and IP etc…
Qualifications also include being technically savvy enough to navigate computer interface without direct in-house supervision, ability to meet strict timeline requirements, and English oral and written fluency.
Admission to at least one bar in any U.S. jurisdiction or licensed to practice in that respective foreign language country, and knowledge of the legal system and institutions in the respective country.
Attorneys will be recruited as contractors and will not have employee status. Pre-employment background screening is required.
