Territory Account Representative (Montreal)

nField Marketing Group a leader in the experiential marketing industry is growing and we're on the look out for fresh new energetic talent. We currently have a need for a Territory Account rep for the Montreal area to manage a wireless account client. This is an 8 week contract position that maybe extended depending on performance.
The Territory Account Representative (TAR) is a seasonal full-time position designed to increase brand awareness and client product sales in the store environment by training in-store sales representatives on how to present to consumers the value and benefits of our clients products and services. The TAR will provide in-store training of store associates. The goal is to create well-informed advocates for our client's products. Selling skills (consultative), technology/consumer electronics knowledge, enthusiasm, strong presentation skills, and in-depth experience in the retail industry are required for this position.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Support all specified retail outlets in assigned geographic territory
• Maximize store sales and in-store presence
• Build strong professional relationships with all in-store personnel that can be leveraged for increased sales
• Educate and train locations on our client's products, programs and promotions
• Ensure proper placement of select POP materials
• Suggest ways to improve process or marketing at POS
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the products and associated accessories of our client and its competitors
• Communicate via email and conference calls with appropriate team members
• Fulfill daily reporting requirements via our on-line reporting system
• Submit expense reports on a weekly basis
• Check Internet and e-mail on a daily basis for assignments, instructions, and information
Requirements:
• 2+ years sales, training or related experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Retail experience required
• Knowledge of wireless mobility products/ services a must
• Proven record as leader
• Flexibility to work some weekends for special events if required
• Ability to translate complex technology into simplified consumer value proposition
• Reliable transportation (not transit)
• Available to work full time hours Monday through Friday
