Responsibilities: *Answering incoming customer calls *Troubleshooting *Entering information in the incident tracking software *Assisting Field Engineers with Hardware and Software problems *Ordering parts and dispatching Technicians
Requirements: *DEC or AEC in a relevant technical field and 1-2 years of relevant customer service experience *Technical Background *Knowledge of Hardware (PC Assembly, PC Components) *Knowledge of Networking *Good Knowledge of Windows NT *Reliable and organized team player *Bilingual
