BILINGUAL TECHNICAL SUPPORT AGENT: CUSTOMER CARE (OLD MTL)

Phocus Solutions is a leading outsourced customer contact center. From our locations in Old Montreal we serve our well-established Canadian and US-based clientele through inbound, outbound, customer service and sales applications.
We are currently looking for bilingual level 1 technical support customer service agents (cable and Internet).
Selected candidates will provide Tier 1 level technical support for cable and high-speed Internet products to residential customers in a manner consistent with the company’s high standards of service.
Candidates will:
·Answer and respond to requests received from customers inquiring about cable, voice and high-speed Internet problems;
·Perform routine reconnects; perform changes of service for residential customers;
Candidates must:
·be fluent in English and French;
·have 1 to 2 years IT experience;
·have good knowledge of Outlook;
·have familiarity with security products (i.e Firewall technology, Anti-virus);
·be comfortable working in a multi-platform environment and have good knowledge of different versions of Windows and Mac, Internet browsers (i.e. Explorer and Netscape);
·have excellent analytical and diagnostics skills;
·be customer focused, skilful communicators, and be patient regarding technical problems.
Based on experience, salary ranges from 12$ to 15$/h, plus group benefits.
Permanent, full time and part time positions available (minimum of 30 hrs a week).
Fixed work schedules, based on availability
Hours of operations are:
Monday to Friday between 8AM to 9PM;
Saturday 8AM to 6PM;
Sunday 8AM to 5PM.
