Web Developer and Sales

Mojumbo Media Group is seeking an experienced and multi-talented web developer with strong development skills with web 2.0 applications and software. This is a 'hands-on' position that requires collaboration in design, and code leadership in development, as well as the ability to hack any open source solution.
We are looking for a partner who is as confident in front of a computer monitor as he or she is presenting ideas and solutions in person to a potential client.
Bilingual is a big plus.
This is a position that demands someone who is entrepreneurial, self-motivated and thorough as he or she will be responsible for a combination of tech/web problem solving AND sales.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the team to design, develop and deliver sites and applications
• Leadership and coordination of freelancers
• Be able to deliver a site from A to Deployment
• Collaboration in code design and provide leadership in the development of the code
• Generate sales around websites, video services, and communications consulting
Required technical skills:
• 3+ years experience building dynamic websites and internet-based applications in PHP & MySQL and Flash
• Flash & Actionscript
• Experience with Open Source Solutions: Joomla, Drupal, Wordpress
• Database: MySQL
• HTML/DHTML/CSS
• XML
Good to have skills:
• Knowledge of social networking platforms: Facebook, Twitter
• An understanding of browser related platform and version issues
• Good understanding of Usability and Accessibility best practices
