Notre client, une importante entreprise en alimentation, est à la recherche d’un(e) conseiller(ère) en relations industrielles.
Sous la responsabilité de la directrice des ressources humaines, vous aurez à :
- Gérer les relations des employés dans un environnement syndiqué
- Faire le suivi et la gestion des dossiers de CSST
- Effectuer le recrutement du personnel d'entrepôt
- Mettre à jour les dossiers des employés
- Accomplir toutes autres tâches connexes
Ce qui vous faut pour décrocher ce poste :
- Bilinguisme tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
- Expérience d’au moins 1 an en relations industrielles
- Expérience dans un environnement syndiqué
- Sens de l'organisation et souci du détail
- Capacité à travailler en équipe
Ce poste permanent offre un salaire entre 35 k$ et 40 k$ par année.
