Data Entry Clerk - Sales Operations
Our customer is an International Distributor of electronics located in the West Island. With an extensive range of highly featured innovative products, that are made to the highest quality of international standards and represent great value for businesses of any size, large or small. They are currently recruiting for a Data Entry Clerk - Sales Operations.
The Order Entry Clerk - Sales Operations is responsible for the accurate and efficient verification, monitoring, and processing of customer orders and returns, in accordance with agreed processes and standards and encourages commitment to building and continually enhancing each customer contact and experience.
Responsibilities:
- Verification and processing of incoming customer orders and customer returns, identifying anomalies while ensuring all policies and procedures are maintained while providing TCS service - Interpret instructions and issues arising and then implement actions according to administrative polices and procedures.
- Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and enable organizational operations and effective service to connecting groups
Requirements:
- 1 year of Experience
- Superior Keyboarding skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet, SAP
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers, using superior English and French language oral and written skills
- Ability to learn quickly, be detail oriented, and work independently with the least possible supervision.
- Very team-oriented individual
Conditions:
Full time position
Temporary position: Parental leave replacement
Starting asap through Monday June 13, 2011 inclusive
