Find a good tenant for the 4 ½ described below that satisfies the following criteria’s:
No pets, good job, pays rent every month on the 1st, calm, single or couple, clean, non smoking (or very light smoker), will rent the apartment for minimum 1 year.
We will pass your referrals trough normal screening (references, past address, credit verification, job proof)
