Our Client is looking for some legal assistance.
The successful applicant will be:
• smart
• quick
• enjoys a challenge
• internet savvy
• proficient with word, excel and PowerPoint
• Have a working knowledge of databases
• Legally aware with either a college or University background in legal studies, coupled with piratical experience
• No need to be a member of the bar
Remuneration $13 to 20 +/ hr or by the project.
Part Time contract work

Areas of research and assistance include:
• Charter rights
• Business contracts
• Valuations
• Trusts and estates
• Partnership and Joint venture
• Securities
• Database searches and reporting
• Assistance in preparing and processing procedures
• Filing systems
• Writing and editing
• Etc
Person does need not be an "expert" but willing to roll up the sleeves and find answers in an efficient manner.
