Ajilon is currently looking for a Microsoft Office 2007 Expert for an opportunity located downtown Montreal.

As a Microsoft Office 2007 Expert you will be responsible for triage and providing technical support for the resolution and escalation of all Microsoft Office 2007 problems.

Requirements:
• 1 year experience with Microsoft Office 2007 including SharePoint and Outlook is REQUIRED;
• 1-2 years previous help desk support and/or customer service experience;
• General knowledge of hardware and software components;
• Strong problem solving skills;
• Ability to apply strong verbal and written communication skills in English is mandatory;
• Previous call centre experience;
• Available 24 hours / 7 days.
