For over 25 years, our client has offered their clients services in consulting, development, implementation, and support for the reliable and efficient operation of management systems. They are currently seeking a technical consultant to support users of Microsoft Dynamics GP. The ideal candidate will be handling customer requests and following up with inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer requests (phone and email)

• Prioritize work according to established criteria’s

• Analyze and resolve all technical issues

• Document requests and solutions and enter the information into the client’s file

• Use technical tools and office supplies made available, to manage, monitor and process requests. (CRM, Outlook, etc.)

Requirements:

• Bilingual

• Training in Business Administration, information systems, accounting or IT management or any other relevant disciplines

• Knowledge accounting software or financial management software(ERP)

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP (an asset)

• Experience in implementing ERP solutions (an asset)

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Excellent ability to work under pressure
