Level 2 Support Analyst (Downtown Montreal)

I am currently looking for Level 2 Support Analysts for a 6 month contract with the possibility of going permanent in Downtown, Montreal

Here is the job description:
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE
Windows 2000/2003 Desktop and Server Operating Systems including Active Directory
Experience and understanding of networking technology including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, WINS
Exchange 2000 and or Exchange 2003 administration and troubleshooting
Experience working in the TSR Request system would be an asset
Experience and knowledge of ITI customer service levels would be an asset (or other work in which you are required to meet contractual customer service levels.)
RSA ACE security troubleshooting and Administration.
VPN / Dial up- configuration and trouble shooting.
Microsoft Office 2000/2002/2003 troubleshooting
Netbackup support and troubleshooting
Mainframe, Unix, Database experience would be an asset
Experience with remote support, using tools for remote control and trouble shooting of Windows Desktop and servers.
REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES
Ability to prioritize and multitask your work
Ability to perform job functions under stress and pressure
Ability to adapt to new technologies
Experience working on central helpdesk teams
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Bilingual a MUST
