Job Description

In this key position, you will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse employees. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Budgets, logistics, overseeing shipping and receiving, hiring, maintenance, staffing and so much more.

The main responsibilities of the selected candidate include:

• Planning and directing receipt of merchandise
• Analysis of performance and operations with suggestions of improvement
• Liaising with Buyers, planner and directors of operation on a daily basis
• Preparing and adhering to annual budgets
• Hiring, maintaining and training staff
• Work schedules, including temp staffing during peak periods
• Overseeing Inventory levels and inventory control
• Trying to eliminate stock damage and shrinkage

The requirements for perform well in this job include:

• Experience in a retail setting as a warehouse manager
• Fully bilingual
• Great, “Can do attitude”
• A “Lead by Example” type of leader
• Experience working with and setting budgets
• Comfortable using and manipulating excel
