Our client, an international company which is one of the leaders of its industry is looking for IT professionals for its Montreal office.
Responsibilities:
• Provide second and third level support
Prérequis/Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Good Knowledge of Networks -- CISCO -- VoIP
• Experience in VoIP integration in call centers
• Ideally bilingual in English and French
Nice to have:
• Knowledge of MsSQL -- Stored Procedure
• Knowledge of .NET, Java, Java Script
• Experience working with Web Services, ActiveX and dll files
• Experience working with reporting packages (Crystal Reports)
