We are looking for Technical Support Representatives. We take pride in providing the most effective support in our industry, and our first-call resolution rate is world-class. Position Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for providing telephone technical support to existing customers
• Promoting and selling various products and services
• Answering phones in a prompt, polite and friendly manner
• Diagnosing and trouble-shooting software and hardware issues
Qualifications:
• Excellent customer service skills, to include patience, empathy and a knack for understanding customer needs
• Excellent spoken English and verbal comprehension skills are essential
• The ability to diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues
• Good working knowledge of operating systems (particularly Windows XP and Windows 7)
• Good working knowledge of computer network and Internet connectivity
• Industry-recognized computer certificate, diploma or degree preferred, but not essential
