FUEL TRANSPORT
An exciting opportunity has recently become available for an Office Clerk Fuel Transport located in LaSalle to collect proof of deliveries. We are looking for a talented and dynamic individual who enjoys problem solving, demonstrates initiative, and enjoys working in a fast-paced high-energy environment
Responsibilities
-Contact carriers to collect necessary documentation (Invoice, Load confirmation, Proof of Delivery, Bill of Lading)
-Sort through incoming mail
-Ensure information on paperwork is accurate and corresponds to the information in computer system
-Prepare documents according to company procedure
-Scan documents into the electronic system
-Maintain relationships with carriers and respond to inquires
Professional Competencies
-One (1) year of office related experience
-Exhibits meticulous attention to detail
-Is able to process a high volume of invoices on a daily basis
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Knowledge of transportation software TMW systems is considered an asset
-Perfectly bilingual (English/French)
Requirements
-Highly productive with minimal guidance or supervision
-Customer service oriented
-Has excellent attendance and completes quality work on time
This is a full time day shift position. We offer a competitive salary based on experience and a comprehensive benefits package.
