Mandatory Skills & Experience:
• 5 years Web application programming, especially in PHP
• Strong knowledge of database design (Oracle, Postgres, MySQL)
• Strong web application development skills and experience
• Highly skilled in at least 3 or more of the following web programming languages; Perl, C++, Python, Java, AJAX, Unix Shell Scripting, Ruby on Rails, Actionscript
Optional Skills & Experience:
• Experience working in small teams or for small companies
• Strong internal team related communication skills
• Customer Service Communication Skills

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
