An exciting opportunity has recently become available for a Technical Support Representative at our Montreal Head Office in Dollard-des-Ormeaux.

Reporting to the Call Centre Supervisor, your key Responsibilities will include, and are not limited to:
• Respond to end user call and e-mail requests according to the call center guidelines
• Troubleshoot Fax, MFC, P-touch and typewriter calls and/or e-mails on the following topics:
o Hardware programming and set up
o Diagnose hardware related issues
• Conduct proper inquiries in order to accurately asses the customer issues
• Determine the best solution based on the customer issue on a first call basis
• Responsible for ensuring all calls and e-mails are resolved prior to closing
As the ideal candidate you possess:
• DEC
• 1 year call center experience in customer service (technical field)
• Bilinguism is a must (oral and written skills in both French and English)
• Available to work evenings and weekends
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Highly service driven and customer oriented individual
• Adept in MS Office 2000+, particularly in Word, Excel, Outlook
