A well-known and reputable retailer has an immediate contract (with an over 90% chance of permanency) for an experienced Technical Specialist able to deal with applications of a complex software package.

In this role, you will:

- Assisting company staff with their use of various software applications – Supporting department heads by troubleshooting different types of the software package – Working closely with the technical team to deliver product improvements and related user guides and manuals – Training new staff on the use of applications relevant to their department

The position is a 1-year contract with a strong possibility of permanency. If you prove yourself as a hard worker and a dedicated professional, you will receive a fantastic benefits plan, RRSP and other perks in addition to salary and permanency.

Here is what we are looking for:

- Solid experience using a retail system and its applications – Prior hands on technical involvement with a POS software – Bilingualism – Availability to be on call on rotation during after hours
