Application Technical Support Analyst II
Description:
- Assist customers with configuration and use of Tenrox products
- Trouble-shoot customer problems remotely
- Analyze customer needs and communicate with the engineering team
- Provide dedicated support services to large and key accounts
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of experience in systems engineering or application support
- Excellent knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, SQL Server, networking, Internet and web servers
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Creative approach in providing solutions to customer requirements and solving as well as preventing recurring problems
- Strong interpersonal skills, focused on understanding and addressing customer needs
