Hindi Speaking Inside Sales Rep for India:
Carmel manufactures marking products from our production facility/head offices in the industrial park in Montreal North. Please visit us at www.markanysurface.com. We are searching for a hindi speaking person whose responsibilities will include:
Prospecting: Find new potential clients in India. Candidate will search the internet for the end users of our industrial marking products such as steel mills, car plants, car part manufactures, steel fabricators ship builders, etc. Candidate than call and qualify the end users and than we will send them samples. In order to do this (because of the time difference) candidate will have to spend a certain amount of evening shifts. Verified clients will than be put into our CRM.
E-Leads: answer all e-leads from our web sites and identify those potential customers that could place large orders for our products. Put only those vetted candidates into our CRM (sales data base).
Customer service: Candidate will also help with existing customers overseas by; preparing Proforma Invoices, returning phone calls, help potential clients get transport prices, answer general questions, etc.
