HR Recruiter
We are looking for a friendly, organized and pro-active individual to join our Human Resources team. We offer a full benefit package including group insurance, vacation, educational assistance and more. Full and complete training is given to all new employees. The main purpose of this position is to assist in the coordination of the recruitment process based on the changing needs of the company.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Recruitment
o Review job descriptions and ensure they are accurate & up to date
o If necessary, conduct job analysis to update job descriptions
o Post job ads as required
o Sort & screen all incoming resumes
o Conduct initial pre-screen over the phone
o Select candidates to move on the next round, schedule in person or webcam interviews
o Attend & assist with face to face interviews, provide input and evaluate candidates
o Schedule second and third round interviews with appropriate managers
o Accurately track all candidates and stages of interview process
o Report recruitment statistics regularly to management
o Conduct background & reference checks
o Administer any personality/competence tests
o Send rejection letters
o Create new employment documents
? Recruitment Toolkit -- Create a recruitment toolkit by reviewing job descriptions and online research. Included in the toolkit will be new interview forms, telephone screening forms, reference forms, etc.
? Other miscellaneous tasks that may be called upon.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management
• Fluent English and French language skills
• Good command of MS Office Suite
• Excellent organizational & time management skills
• Responsible, dependable, honest & ethical
• Well developed communication & interpersonal skills
• Discretion required
• Pro-active, self-starting individual who takes initiative
• Able to work independently
