Job Description

In this challenging job, you will be required to run and manage a department within a private medical clinic. As the main point of contact for the department, you will be responsible for insuring the department is running smoothly, meetings are being held with an outcome with recommendations for improvement, and occasional disciplinary measures are being taken when necessary.

Job Responsibilities

Day to day tasks for this role include:
• Running weekly meetings
• Follow ups
• Reporting
• Coming up with recommendations and process improvement
• Disciplinary actions
• Project management and development
• Insuring proper running of all daily office activity

Requirements

The desired candidate requires the following:
• Bilingual oral and written
• Experience running, managing and coordinating a team in a medical setting
• A BA or MBA is considered an asset
