- 5 to 7 years of store management experience, management of a flagship store will be considered an asset;
- Ability to lead and inspire a team of associates
- Ability to set and achieve sales goals to maximize profitability
- Experience with merchandising & inventory control
- Commitment to exceptional customer service
- Professionalism & strong communication skills
- College degree in business or a closely related field may substitute for a portion of the required experience
