CPS Inc. is an ISO/MSP of Chase Paymentech. We provide payment processing solutions services for small to medium size Canadian businesses. We are presently looking for a bilingual customer support specialist.
Years of experience related to job offer: 1 to 12 months experience.
Salary offered: To be discussed
Number of Hours per Week: 37.5
Job Status: Permanent
Job Start date: Immediate

Looking for:
? Must have at least 6 months of customer service experience within the Payment Processing Industry
? Speaks both English & French
? Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service skills
? Basic Microsoft office skills
? Positive attitude
Main Responsibilities:
? Respond to customer's queries regarding routine billing and support issues in a timely, friendly, professional manor
? Follows up as required with customers to ensure problems were resolved and or recommend further action to ensure non-recurrence and customer satisfaction
? Know and understand company's accepted procedures of the organization and ensure all support operations are conducted in accordance with those procedures and quality standards.
? Work openly with Operations, Inside Sales/ Field sales and others to follow through and resolve customer issues.
