We are currently seeking to fill a permanent part-time position for a Personal Assistant within our downtown office. While this is mainly a daytime position, the candidate must be flexible with work hours when it necessitates. Applicants must have strong computer skills (Excell and Word, Dragon, Socialoomph, Photoshop an asset), English writing skills for transcribing information, writing letters, reports etc. Must be responsible, punctual, trustworthy, companionate, courteous, resourceful, and be able to take initiatives. Oral French and English are also required for dealing with clients and phone inquiries.
The position will include, but is not limited to:
-Writing letters, reports and transcribing
-answering phones and emails
-booking client appointments
-Updating social media-Facebook and Twitter
-Coordinating workshops
-Updating excel based databases and online databases
-Filing
-Running errands for the office
-Assisting the President in her daily activities
-Any other tasks required for the overall functioning of the office

Tuesday, December 20th – Tour de la Bourse from 10:00am – 4:00 pm
Wednesday, December 21st – Place du Canada from 9:00 am – 2:30 pm

RESPONSIBILITIES: – Warm, friendly & approachable – The “go to experts” for knowledge about the brand & product – Awareness of Facebook content – Handing out product – - Educating consumers on how the product works + benefits – - Knowing the closest grocery store at each activation that carries the product – Product packaging preparation

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Must be bilingual – 1 to 2 years of customer service experience – Excellent communication skills – Energetic and outgoing personality with a team oriented attitude – Previous promotional experience is considered an asset – Clean, short nails

WARDROBE AND ATTIRE: – Must be presentable and clean shaven – Not provided: Black shoes, black socks, black pants – Uniform provided: half apron, chef shirt, scarf, hat

PAYRATE: $17/hour
